This is extremely difficult for me to write and has been the most difficult and emotional decision I had to make to date. lots of things have happened for different reasons I suppose? The last fifteen years in the Chocolate business have been a fantastiic experience and I have had great opportunities in providing chocolate creations for my customers. I had to make the extremely difficult decision to finish my business and move on to different things. It hasn't been easy to come to this decision. Also my health is more important than anything else! I am not sure at the moment what I will do next but the business will carry on till December 2012. 2013 will bring 'NEW' opportunities We will be taking orders untill Christmas 2012 We offer 'Traditional - pillared style', American Style, Cakes on a Stand, Single layers or whatever takes your fancy! All decorations are hand made, i.e.; flowers, chocolate curls, domes, sculptures etc. The cake it self is a 'Chocolate Truffle Torte' served on a biscuit base with a sliver of chocolate sponge through the middle, once cut it just melts in the mouth! We also offer Gluten Free on request.
